Pricing is based on both the size of your top and the amount of design detail desired. Below are guidelines to help you in estimating the cost of quilting your creation.

Prices are calculated by square inch - length in inches X width in inches = square inches X cost
Example:  45 inched x 60 inches = 2700 sq inches
2700 sq inches x $0.015 = $40.50

Preparation Fees:
pressing quilt top............$5.00piecing backing fabric (1 seam).......$5.00
pressing backing............$5.00piecing backing fabric (2 seams).....$10.00
washing backing fabric..$5.00

Machine Basting Service Only:  preparations are the same as having your quilt top quilted. If you would like to have preparation done for you the fees listed above will be added to the basting fees.

Machine Quilting Service:
Large Pantograph edge-to-edge design................$0.015 per sq inch
Small Pantograph edge-to-edge design.................$0.018 per sq inch
Semi-Custom – combination of pantograph patterns, in-the-ditch, border work.........$0.02 sq in or
more depending on detail, thread changes, etc.

Batting:  you may provide your own or you may purchase from BCQ. Cost will be depend on size of quilt top and that batting must be at least 4 inches larger in all directions than quilt top.*

Thread:  Choice of Superior Threads or YLI in solid or variegated colors of your choice or choice of BCQ after consultation.

Standard thread charge...........$6.00Multiple threads........$2.00 each per change

Binding:  you have three options

1.  Do it yourself – free!
2.  You supply already cut, pieced, pressed and ready to apply binding that is at least 2.5 inches
wide, BCQ will Machine attach to front only (not turned).........$0.085/linear inch
3.  You furnish fabric, BCQ will cut, piece and sew French style (double fold) bias binding that is
2.5 inches wide, Machine attached to front only (not turned).......$0.21/linear inch
4.  Same as above but BCQ will complete - Machine attached to front and hand
turned........$0.25/linear inch

Example: 65 + 65 + 70 + 70 = 270 linear inches X Option 2 ($0.085 ln in) = $22.95
